What We Accept & How to Prepare
Clothing Items
Clothing brought in must be purchased within the last few years, or of a classic style. All clothes must come in clean, wrinkle free, and on hangers. We will not accept anything not on hangers. Please check for stains, broken zippers, missing buttons, tears, pet hair, etc. before bringing items in for consignment.
Shoes
Shoes must be like new, scuff-free, with clean soles.
Handbags
Handbags, wallets, wristlets, luggage, and travel bags are all accepted. Each item must be stain-free, inside and out.
Jewelry
We accept jewelry twice a year. Limit is 10 pieces of jewelry once per season. Each item must be separated and placed in bags. Please ensure that all jewelry is clean, and not broken.
Other Items
Accessories such as scarves, belts, and occasionally socks will also be accepted.
Rules for Consignment
1.) We accept consignment Monday-Thursday 11:00 am-3:30 pm by appointment only.
2.) Items brought in will depend on the season. For example, if we are accepting winter consignment, your items should be things like sweaters, coats, and boots. In the summer-- shorts, tank tops, and sandals.
3.) All new consigners will pay a one-time $15 administrative fee on their first appointment.
4.) No more than 15 items are permitted per appointment (this includes clothing, shoes, and accessories. Jewelry, when taken, is separate).
5.) Appointments are limited to 1 per week, and no more than 2 per month.
6.) If you need to cancel an appointment, please allow a 24 hour notice. Any consigner who misses an appointment without notice will have $5 deducted from their account, and risk having their subsequent appointments cancelled moving forward.
7.) While we will take the best possible care of your items, Twice as Nice is not responsible for any loss or damage due to theft, fire, vandalism, or natural disaster.

Consignment Accounts
On your first visit, we will set up an account in our system in your name. The items we accept will be priced by us, and entered as inventory under your account.
Your items will be on the floor for approximately 90 days, in which they will be discounted as time goes on.
When an item sells, 40% of the selling price will be placed in your account. If an item sells for over $100, you will receive 50% of the selling price.
